This team set on their journey in the Philippines Basketball Association League back in 2006 and with some of the amazing performances in the league, Rain or Shine claimed the championship twice. Rain or Shine Elasto Painters Team Overview:

Elasto Painters was founded in 2006 and the name of the team was Walcot Dragons for two seasons. Later in 2008, the name of the team was changed to Rain or Shine Elasto Painters. Asian Coatings Philippines, Inc. currently owns this team and bought their franchising copyrights from the Shell Turbo Chargers.

Since its debut in the Philippines Basketball Association League, Rain or Shine has been superb winning the championship two times. However, their recent Performances in the league have been a mixed bag with either finishing in the top three or in the bottom half of the points table in different competitions.

Rain or Shine Elasto Painters compete in the PBA wearing the jerseys comprising four different colors, Navy Blue, White, Yellow, and Red. This team has three different playing uniforms for their home and away matches.
