Currently, Don Trollano is playing for the Barangay Ginebra San Miguel team in the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA). In 2020, Ginebra acquired Trollano through a trade with Blackwater Elite. Since then he has shown his skills on the court and contributed to his team’s success.

According to the recent updates, Trollano now will reunite with teammates Rodney Brondial and Jericho Cruz representing the Adamson Soaring Falcons team. Later on the 11th of December 2023, San Miguel Beermen traded Trollano in a three-team trade including North Port Batang Pier and NLEX teams.

On the 2nd March of 2023, while playing in the Governor’s Cup Trollano scored another career high with 44 points in a win against Terrafirma Dyip. Later this proved as the All-Time best record in the history of PBA in a conference.
